Given I have had time to reflect on the delivery and handover of my vehicle today I would state the following : –
The car was delivered many months later than you and I planned for reasons we are both fully aware of, however meeting you for the first time cemented my building blocks of confidence in you and your company. This is most unusual for me, in fact it has never happened before today.
The fact that today was indeed the first time I had seen the vehicle and I was delighted with the product even with handover problems regarding the wheelchair entry and lockdown mechanism.
The beautiful gifts were most unexpected and very much appreciated—thank you all at SMV.
I don’t know how many of your clients make their initial purchase and spec out a car at a value of circa £40K to £50K without meeting the sales people and actually seeing the car at least once prior to placing the order? What I do know is that if I were to have a need to buy any other car you would be the first people I would call.
