It’s always worth giving them a quick ring even if it’s just before you go to ensure they can give you their full attention. Lauretta and Bill were very friendly and very open to introducing us to the world of WAVs . They were interested in our specific needs and requests and educating us in a respectful way.
We ended up visiting four times before making an actual purchase. During these visits we were consistently welcomed with no time pressure and test drove many vehicles. Even after purchase they kept in touch to make sure all was well and to offer ongoing advice if needed.
