As we were unable to visit the showroom in person we contacted Southern Mobility Vehicles by email and Patrick responded very quickly by email and followed this up with a phone call. We immediately felt reassured that a visit to the showroom wouldn’t be required. Patrick ensured that the WAV we were interested in would meet all our requirements and explained everything so clearly and calmly. He advised us on which insurer was the best to use for wheelchair assisted vehicles. We purchased the WAV and Bill delivered it to our door in London. On delivery Bill explained about the warranty and the key operations of the vehicle such as demonstrating the securing of the wheelchair. The whole task from initial contact via email to purchase and delivery was all done within 5 days. We can’t thank Patrick and his team for their amazing speed, but also their absolute professionalism and non pushy nature. We are so delighted with the WAV too, its so lovely to drive and gives us the freedom to enjoy trips out together as a family in complete comfort.
