Excellent help from Patrick to identify the specification of a WAV that would suit my daughter’s needs. This looked as if it would be particularly hard to source, as vehicles with a dropped floor and a specific driving position, together with some other ramp requirements, are scarce. We were therefore delighted that Peter took ownership and found a Caravelle that almost completely matched the desired specification. Both Patrick and Peter clearly demonstrated a focus on the needs of the customer rather than just “shifting stock” and we were very pleased with the helpful service.
