Dealing with Southern Mobility Vehicles was a good experience, in what is a difficult time, accepting changing needs, and buying a vehicle which isn’t the nicest car you have ever owned. This company excercise compassion, sensitivity and warmth in a non pushy environment. No pressure to buy, but wanting to support and help the customer meet their needs. As it happened we didn’t buy, even though we found the right car, as my husband can’t accept what is needed, and I respect that. Patrick also recognised that and has never applied pressure. No pressure with phone calls but quietly supportive I know we shall need a car one day soon and Southern Mobility Vehicles will be where we go! This company offer more than selling cars. They are knowledgable and know the market. Thank you.
