For the past couple of years or so we have realised that the transportation needs of our handicapped daughter are such that we require a WAV of some sort. This is a wholly new product category for my wife and I trying to navigate this new customer experience has been quite daunting. We did what we thought was the sensible thing and undertook a search exercise that resulted in my speaking with a handful of prospective providers. We have gained great reassurance for the add-on features such as the two-year warranty and we have every expectation that, should the need arise, the promises will be kept. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone thinking of buying a WAV to speak with SMV.
