Needed to find a replacement mobility vehicle able to take a wheelchair plus at least four passengers plus – and most importantly two very large Chesapeake Bay retrievers. Had to be rear loading. Searching adverts found an interesting vehicle with Southern Mobility. Dubious at first as we are some 200 miles away but what an amazing experience with wonderful, helpful and above all caring people. They understood our needs, they appreciated the distance problem – even going to the trouble of a live video link while they took endless internal measurements of the vehicle to make sure everything would fit and, I bought it “unseen” – that’s how much confidence they had given me. And we were not disappointed. The vehicle was everything they said it would be, spotless when delivered to our door, complete with guarantee. Patrick, their sales manager could not have been more helpful. And the vehicle is great. Have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone seeking a mobility vehicle.
